  Apogee is a fabulous studio. The staff is warm and kind to all members. The instructors and trainers are highly educated in fitness and anatomy.
  The classes are not only great exercise but educational as well.
  The members are friendly and caring of one another. It's like a family.
  Take the opportunity to try a class if your able. You won't be sorry.
